Working on the Soul Level

Energy work can also be thought of as ‘soul work’. It works on the level of self that is higher than the physical, mental or emotional levels, what we call the mythic and energetic soul levels. It can begin to illuminate your issues so you can view them from a new perspective and then step out of them. It can be useful for those parts of yourself that can’t be accessed through the mind, emotions, or will power. You may know what steps are needed to take, but cannot access the energy or resources to take those steps. Energy work can assist you in accessing those deeper parts of yourself – the gifts, talents, and resources that have been hidden from view. It can also help to call back parts of your self or soul that are still lingering in old relationships, old jobs, old belief systems or ways of seeing the world.




The goal is to free yourself from any limiting pattern, belief system or behavior and begin to access your own unique qualities and resources. This will help you to step into the fullest expression of yourself in the world.
