Weekend acupuncture appts are available in the office by Janet Cutro.

Discounts off regular rates are available for these plans. No referrals needed or paperwork required. Please note this is a courtesy discount given by the provider; these insurance companies do not reimburse the provider. If you do not see your insurance plan listed here, please contact the office, as package rates are available.

Cancellation Policy:
Please note a firm 24 hour cancellation/change appt policy. Please give as much notice as possible for rescheduling. Your time is being reserved out of a busy office schedule and last minute changes affect the practitioner and other clients on the waitlist for appts.
A $35 fee applies for less than 24 hours notice to cancel/change an appt.
Appointments missed without notice will be charged at the full rate.
No charge for inclement weather cancellations or severe illness cancellations. Most minor illnesses benefit from acupuncture treatment.
In the case of a rare inclement weather office closure, the office will be in touch with you to reschedule.

Insurance Billing
If your insurance plan has acupuncture reimbursement coverage, in most cases a claim can be submitted directly to your insurance company. You will be responsible for any co-pays or for insurance payments that are less than the billed amount. In some cases you will be asked to pay for your treatment at the time of service and you will be reimbursed when/if payment is received from the insurance company. Unfortunately at this time, insurance coverage for acupuncture can have many limitations and exclusions that result in non-payment. Please contact the office before scheduling your first appointment to review your coverage.
Please note that full rates (no discounted rates) are billed to insurance companies. The discounted rate is designed to make acupuncture more affordable for those paying out of pocket.

Acupuncture is covered under most Flexible Spending Plans. Most flex spending credit cards are accepted, or you will receive a receipt that you can submit to your plan.
