Discounts of 20% off regular rates are available for these plans. No referrals needed or paperwork required. Please note this is a courtesy discount given by the provider; these insurance companies do not reimburse the provider. If you do not see your insurance plan listed here, please call the office, as package rates are available.

**Please note a firm 24 hour cancellation policy or a $35 fee will be charged. The 24 hour notice is to allow the treatment time to be offered to someone else who might need it.

Insurance Billing
All acupuncture services must be paid in full at time of treatment. If your insurance plan has acupuncture reimbursement coverage, you will be given a Superbill to submit directly to your insurance company for reimbursement. Please note that discounted rates are not available for those with reimbursement covereage. The discounted rate is designed to make acupuncture more affordable for those who do not have insurance coverage.
