Discounts off regular rates are available for these plans. No referrals needed or paperwork required. Please note this is a courtesy discount given by the provider; these insurance companies do not reimburse the provider. If you do not see your insurance plan listed here, please call the office, as package rates are available.

Cancellation Policy:
Please note a firm 24 hour cancellation policy or a $35 fee will be charged. The 24 hour notice is to allow the treatment time to be offered to someone else who might need it. Appointments missed without notice will be charged at the full rate.

Insurance Billing
If your insurance plan has acupuncture reimbursement coverage, in most cases I can bill your insurance company directly. You will be responsible for any co-pays or for insurance payments that are less than the billed amount. Please contact the office before scheduling your first appointment to review your coverage.
Please note that discounted rates are not available for those with reimbursement covereage. The discounted rate is designed to make acupuncture more affordable for those who do not have insurance coverage.
