Getting Started With Energy Work

In each session, we typically focus on one major issue or area of concern. Allowing at least 2-3 sessions is recommended for a specific issue. In early sessions I will begin to clear the energy body and the chakras most associated with your issue. In later sessions I may do deeper work such as energy retrieval or soul retrieval. In addition to the energy work, my goal is to help you create a new understanding or map of your situation that will allow you to live more fully in the world.

You do not need to have any background in energy work or knowledge of the chakras or your energy field to benefit from treatment. I will listen to you and determine what will be most helpful for you at this time. I will explain things in a way that is easy for you to understand. Through the process you will begin to explore and understand the sensations that you experience. You may be surprised by what you already feel and know about your energy field. We will often work with metaphor to bring new understanding about your energy field and your inner world.




This is your healing journey, and I am here to assist you to clear out old patterns and begin to understand things in a new way, so that you can step into the highest expression of yourself in the world.
